Fill in the booking form with your address, your preferred date, and a quick description of the items. Photos help, but they're optional.
We review it and quote you
Our team checks the volume, the items, and site access, then sends you a fixed price and a collection date to approve.
We turn up and take it away
On the agreed date our crew loads it out, sorts what can be recovered, and disposes of the rest through licensed facilities.
What we take, what we don't
Hard rubbish covers bulky household and commercial items. Some materials are regulated and need a specialist licensed facility — if you're unsure about an item, ask us before you book.
We take

- Whitegoods and large appliances
- Carpet, rugs and underlay
- Bagged and boxed household clear-outs
- Office and retail fit-out furniture
We can't take
- Asbestos or anything containing asbestos
- Liquid waste, paints, oils and chemicals
- Gas bottles and pressurised cylinders
- Car and truck tyres
- Car batteries and hazardous waste
- Building rubble and excavation soil
