Clearing a property after a bereavement can be difficult. You can nominate a family member, executor or property contact for the request. Identify belongings to retain before collection; only include items you are authorised to have removed.

Bulk rubbish removal

Bulk rubbish removal for Sydney homes and commercial properties. List the furniture, appliances and boxed or bagged items, with approximate quantities and access details. We assess the volume and confirm the collection scope, price and date before work begins.

Include the number of rooms or areas involved and any stairs, lifts, loading docks or parking restrictions. Larger loads are assessed individually; the same item restrictions apply.

What we take, what we don't

Hard rubbish covers bulky household and commercial items. Some materials are regulated and need a specialist licensed facility — if you're unsure about an item, ask us before you book.

Car and truck tyres
Car batteries and hazardous waste
Building rubble and excavation soil
