Hard Rubbish Collection Eastern Suburbs

Half the rubbish we shift east of the city never touches a kerb — it comes out of a basement car space, a bin room or a third-floor apartment two streets back from the beach. We're set up for that.

What we collect most in the east

Apartment and strata turnovers

Bondi Junction, Kensington and Randwick are dense with unit blocks. We collect from bin rooms, basements and lift lobbies, and we can work to a building's booked loading-dock window so the strata manager stays happy.

Beachside household clear-outs

Salt air is hard on outdoor furniture. Rusted settings, sun-wrecked umbrellas, boards, bikes and BBQs make up a big share of what we lift out of Bondi, Bronte, Clovelly and Coogee garages.

End-of-lease deadlines

Short-notice moves are normal here. If your final inspection is Friday, tell us in the booking and we will confirm whether we can hit that date before you commit to anything.

Parking, permits and the local council picture

Kerbside space is the real constraint in the Eastern Suburbs. Between resident parking schemes, clearways along Bondi Road and Anzac Parade, and buildings with a single shared driveway, a collection lives or dies on where the truck can legally stop. Give us the access detail when you book — driveway, dock, laneway or street only — and we will plan the time of day around it rather than circling the block.

Waverley Council, Randwick City Council, Woollahra Council each run their own household clean-up arrangements, and most of them require you to book a slot and keep the pile off the footpath until the day. Those services are useful for a small domestic load with no deadline. They are not designed for a strata block clearing four units at once, a shop fit-out on Oxford Street, or a deceased-estate clear-out that has to be finished before a Saturday auction. Commercial waste is generally excluded outright.

Our booked collections fill that gap. You get a fixed price confirmed in advance, a date you choose, and no pile sitting out the front of the building for a week attracting other people's mattresses. Mattresses, whitegoods, scrap metal and e-waste are separated after pickup and sent for recovery through licensed NSW facilities wherever they can be processed.

Suburbs we cover

Bondi, Bondi Junction, Coogee, Randwick, Maroubra, Paddington, Double Bay, Rose Bay, Vaucluse, Clovelly, Kensington, Waverley — plus Bronte, Tamarama, Bellevue Hill, Woollahra, Queens Park, Matraville and Malabar. If you are on the fringe near the CBD or down towards La Perouse, we almost certainly still get there.
